For some people who are right at the top of the world of business, there almost seems to be something of a supernatural ability to make a decision which other mere mortals cannot hope to match. Ultimately, there is a lot to be said for being able to make a snappy choice, but it is not always going to be the case that this is useful. There are other occasions in which it is important to weigh up all of the different choices that exist in front of you before settling on the one that ends up making the most sense.
